KEV MGMT was founded in 2019 by Kevin Chung to represent models, artists, and creatives who don't fit neatly into one category. Our roster works with some of the most respected names in fashion and beauty, alongside actors, dancers, musicians and makers who've built careers outside the traditional modeling track. The agency started in high fashion — that's still where our instincts come from — but we've been moving toward something broader: representing anyone whose work is worth paying attention to.

We're not interested in cycling through new faces every season. Talent development takes time, and we'd rather build something that lasts than chase what's trending. That means staying close to our roster and being deliberate about the opportunities we bring them.

Day to day, KEV MGMT handles brand partnerships, endorsement deals, and consulting rooted in actually understanding culture. We're a small, digital-first agency, and we're selective about who we sign — because the model only works if we can give people real attention.
